Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to all Candle Club subscriptions purchased through Raindeer Supply Co.

1. Subscription Plans

We currently offer:

• 1 candle per month
• 2 candles per month
• 3 candles per month

Plan details, pricing, and included benefits may change over time.

2. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled or paused according to these terms.

3. Scent Selection

Subscribers may be offered the ability to choose from available signature scents and seasonal releases before each monthly delivery period. If no selection is made by the stated deadline, we may choose a scent on the customer's behalf based on current availability.

4. Delivery

Local subscribers in eligible areas will receive candles through porch delivery during designated delivery windows. We do not deliver to mailboxes.

5. Pausing or Canceling

Subscriptions may be paused or canceled according to the rules displayed in your account, checkout terms, or subscription portal. To avoid charges for the next cycle, changes must be made before the stated billing deadline.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again or pause fulfillment until payment is successfully completed.

7. Pricing Changes

We may change subscription pricing with advance notice where required by law or platform policy.

8. Promotions

Promotional offers, including founding-neighbor gifts, free minis, or bonus items, may be subject to additional terms, minimum commitment periods, or eligibility limits.

9. Non-Transferable

Subscriptions are intended for the customer account holder unless clearly purchased as a gift subscription.
