A simple, neighborhood-friendly way to receive your Raindeer Supply Co candles right at your front door.
Local porch delivery is one of our favorite parts of Raindeer Supply Co. It keeps the brand close to the community, makes the Candle Club feel personal, and gives customers an easy way to receive their monthly candles without adding another errand to the week.
Raindeer Supply Co was created by Rainier and Teddy and is operated by The Social Media Posse LLC. Our local delivery model is designed to be simple, dependable, and easy to understand.
How It Works
How Local Delivery Works
- Step 1
Place your order or join the Candle Club
Customers can order candles individually or subscribe to a monthly Candle Club plan.
- Step 2
Watch for your delivery window
Local deliveries are grouped into scheduled drop windows so that each route can be completed efficiently.
- Step 3
Your order is dropped at your porch or doorstep
Orders are left at the front porch, doorstep, or another approved local drop location.
- Step 4
Bring your candles inside promptly
To protect your candles from heat, direct sun, and weather, please bring them inside soon after delivery.

Local porch delivery is currently available in select nearby areas. If you are not sure whether your address qualifies, please contact us before ordering or subscribing.
Eligible delivery areas may be updated over time as Raindeer Supply Co grows.
Timing
Delivery Timing
We currently group local deliveries into scheduled drop windows. For Candle Club members, monthly deliveries generally occur during a designated delivery period after scent selections are finalized.
Single-order deliveries may be made during designated local delivery windows or arranged according to availability.
Please note that all delivery dates and times are estimates, not guarantees.
Practical Notes
A Few Important Notes
- We deliver to porches, doorsteps, or another approved drop location
- We do not deliver to mailboxes
- Someone does not need to be home unless otherwise arranged
- Customers are responsible for bringing candles inside promptly after delivery
- Delivery may be delayed due to weather, heat, routing changes, or scheduling issues
- If a delivery issue occurs, please contact us as soon as possible
Warm Weather
Warm Weather and Seasonal Conditions
Candles are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we strongly recommend bringing your order inside as soon as possible after delivery. Raindeer Supply Co is not responsible for damage caused by candles being left outside for extended periods after confirmed delivery.
