Local Delivery Terms

These Local Delivery Terms apply to all orders placed with local porch delivery.

1. Delivery Location

Orders will be delivered to a front porch, doorstep, or another approved local drop location. We do not deliver to mailboxes.

2. Delivery Area

Local delivery is available only within designated eligible areas.

3. Delivery Timing

Delivery windows are estimates only and may change due to weather, routing, order volume, or other operational reasons.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate delivery address
• Providing clear delivery instructions if needed
• Bringing candles inside promptly after delivery

5. Weather and Heat

Candles are sensitive to heat and weather. We are not responsible for melting, warping, or related damage after confirmed delivery if the order is left outdoors.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, unsafe conditions, incorrect address information, or other problems, we may contact you to reschedule or arrange a different solution.
